This area of business provides staff from one temporary worker for a few hours to 1500 contract Placed Staff on any one site at any time. Whether it be a long or short term contract, our placed staff can be placed in numerous diverse job categories with an enormous variety of skills and in many specialised industries.
With a large fleet of branded vehicles, that operate 24/7/365, Transman is able to make available transport to Placed Staff in the event that the assignment is situated on a site where public transport is not easily accessible or if the assignment includes abnormal working hours or nightshift. This ensures that Transman delivers its mandate to its Clients and that service delivery is continuous. We want you to run at full capacity, so we align our staff numbers with your workload.
Our Management team are on call 24 hours a day, provide an onsite presence as often as required to maintain the specified level of service and to ensure the well-being for both our Client and our Placed Staff.

All Bargaining Council considerations (negotiations and requisite payments), Sectoral Determinations and relevant HR and IR matters are managed in accordance with South African Labour Laws.
